perhaps this is related to the 90-day login requirement, but if my files were deleted, why do I still see them there? I only download a 4k marker. I've tried changing properties to public and moving to public folder, but nope.
This is on the web using Mac PPC OSX 5.8. Safari or Firefox.
There are three possible problems:
1.Your files are deleted but you did not empty the trash.
A sync task is enabled that is replacing the files.
Outdated browser or software.
The three possible solutions are:
Make sure your trash is empty.
Make sure all sync task are cancelled.
Update your browsers and software.
