OpenDrive Admin When documents are deleted, they are moved to the Trash folder but are still on your account. This is to provide a way to restore files that may be accidentally deleted. To permanently delete the files, the Trash folder needs to be emptied. This is just like the Recycle Bin or Trash Can. It works the same way.
Once the Trash folder is emptied, the file will be permanently deleted and will no longer be part of your storage.
