Is it possible in any way or any settings, when i want to backup a folder with multiple files inside (for example 5 or more), to set the files being uploaded to upload 1 by 1 and not [the standard] 4 at a time?

Admin This is option is not available at this time, but it is definitely a good suggestion. We are adding this to our roadmap and we will try to integrate option to change number of threads per sync or backup task into upcoming release. Thank you.

Admin This feature was already integrated into our Windows application version 1.5.2.3. Changing number of simultaneous uploads/downloads is available in context menu of each task in Sync and backup manager.
