Download is disabled yet one is able to bypass security by clicking on file name link and then click on the blanked out download button.
Appears the masked image over the download button is still linked to underlying file.
This is probably due to how downloading was disabled. When you are working with folder properties, you must make sure to click the Save Changes button once you are done, so that the changes will take effect. Otherwise, once you close the properties window, the changes will not be saved and will remain as they were before you attempted to change them.
We have tested this and verified that if this is done correctly, you should not be able to download any files when you click the download button. You should get a popup message saying that downloading is not allowed for that folder.
