I've made my files open for friends to download, but I would really like to know how many times they have downloaded them. Is there a way I can find out?

Jeremy Williams Yes.There is a way to find out. Here are the steps:
After logging in to your account, select the Files tab. This will show your folders you have in your account.
Select a folder of your choice and open that folder. At the upper right hand part of the Files pane, you will see the check mark button and the three parallel lines button.
Click on the three lines button and the file view will change to a list view. At the far right of each file listed is a Downloads count that looks like this "0/0". The left number is the times the file was downloaded and the right number is the count of how many times the file has been viewed.
