I just upgraded OpenDrive Software on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit to the latest version and since then, without any other changes to the PC, are now getting errors about connecting problem due to Firewall.
Just 30 minutes ago before I upgraded I was able to copy files through Windows Explorer and use the SYNCH function just fine, but since the update I am getting error that synching fails due to Firewall issue.
Anyones else encountered this or can advise what to do ?

Update :
After restarting my PC I can not even login anymore to the Windows Open Drive Software.
When trying to do so I get this exact error :
"Please, check your internet connection or firewall settings"
And then it does not connect.
I have the same problem in my log, works ok before upgrade, now I have this error:
Error while synchronizing xxx\xxxx : Please, check your internet connection or firewall settings
I too have the same problem with Win 7 Pro 64-bit. A connection worked for ~10 minutes (performing a backup) before giving the aforementioned error message. Therefore, a connection can be established (sometimes) but subsequently fails. Why no response from OpenDrive to the May 22nd posting on this (Marc Lehr)? I am trialing OpenDrive for potential rollout to my business and so far things are not looking too good.
I think that they have change the port number. I don't have this problem with my laptop when I'm connected by a mobile connection.
It works now. The support told me that I have configure my firewall wrong... but now it works ?
I have send a ticket to support department, they told me that they have some server problem, but the problem where solved, and have nothing to do with the client update.
Anyone resolve this problem? We are having the same thing and not sure how to reconfigure the firewall!
