I'm have uploaded several zip files in my account and when I try to unzip them, nothing happens. Did anyone here face the same issue? And is their any solution for this. I've submitted 3 support requests already in last 4 days but none of the opendrive staff seems to be interested to answer. Very disappointing!

Stephen Bradley Unzip appears to be non-functional for me as well. Also,trying to unzip using the mounted disk from their software fails catastrophically (causes the disk to unmount).
OpenDrive seems like a terrific concept, well worth the cost, but they'll need to fix issues like this for me to stay with them. The desktop client has to be capable of normal file operations, including zipping, or else they need to enable access via FTP or webdav.

Stephen Bradley Here's a potential work around for you: I'm on OS X, so your mileage may vary. I went into the terminal and cd /Volumes/OpenDrive/directorywithzipfile and then ran unzip on the file. It worked fine. It's not the idea way to handle it, but it's a workaround.
This should also work in Windows (I'll try to test it later) by just using a command line to CD to the mounted disk. I don't know if Windows has a built-in command line unzip, but if not I'm sure one is available for download.

OpenDrive Admin Our sincerest apologies for missing any questions about this in the past.
We have confirmed that this is an ongoing, intermittent issue and our development team has been assigned to fix it through website updates. Once we have more information about what the exact nature of the issue is, and an ETA for the fix, we will post again on this thread to let you know.
The problem with zipping and unzipping files through the apps has been fixed. Please make sure you are running the most current version of the software to eliminate unnecessary problems.
Thank you for your patience. If you still wish to be able to zip and unzip your files, you can do this through the WIndows or Mac app with no problems.
If you are still experiencing problems in any way, please submit a support ticket and I assure you it will be addressed quickly and to your satisfaction.

OpenDrive Admin We have tested the unzip feature extensively and have found no error so far.
If anyone is still experiencing this problem, it could be dependent on the actual file or other factors. Please submit a support ticket with information about your system, software, browser and method you are using to zip or unzip (web or OpenDrive app). Also, please include an attachment of the actual file so we can test it ourselves.

Rico Woodley I did not get how to unzip the file in opendrive . It does not allow to unzip the file. Please help
