I've uploaded a ppt file in a folder (which is shared) but when I try to open it (click on the icon), a new window is open (with the url: https://show.zoho.com/remotedoc.im) with the following error:
RESULT=FALSE
ERROR_CODE=3893
WARNING=UDS Limit Exceeded
In case of pptx file, if I click on it the download window appera and I can open or save the file.
What's wrong?
I have the same problem with .xls.
Same problem also with .doc.
This was due to an issue that existed within Zoho's API. It has been resolved and we have confirmed through testing that this error no longer comes up when attempting to open documents for editing. If you do see this problem again, please submit a ticket through our help center and we will dig deeper into the issue.
