If I don't access my account for 90 days you will permanently delete my files. Do you send a notification email that you are about to do this or do you just do it?

We are looking into implementing a pre-90 day warning, at this time the system only detects accounts once they are past 90 days of inactivity. Please note that this is only for Basic Accounts
