Is there any way to map a drive to my OpenDrive URL?

I use 3rd-pary backup software, and it needs a "drive" target location for the backup sets. When looking for OpenDrive on my network, it doesn't show as "mapped" to my PC (Windows 7). Likewise, when I grab the URL from my OpenDrive folder, the mapping option for using a website, FTP, or network location URL isn't recognized. Has anyone found a successful way to map OpenDrive as a physical drive or URL?

  Drive letter for OpenDrive application is currently under development. Meanwhile we would recommend to use syncing and backup options that already comes with OpenDrive application.

  OpenDrive now offers WebDAV extension and you can mount OpenDrive as network drive by using URL:  https://webdav.opendrive.com.
