Saving Directly to the Drive - Windows

Current Status: Known Issue -- Resolution in progress

Some applications are unable to access the Windows Drive application directly to save or open files. This issue is related to Windows labeling the Drive application as an 'other device' instead of a drive. This is also a common issue when attempting to access the Drive from 32-bit applications running on a 64-bit system.

We are actively working to resolve this issue.
