How can I resend a payment if I get a declined charge from OpenDrive?

OpenDrive will charge our clients' credit card or paypal account on their due date, if payment is declined we will try again in 3 days, if it won't go through we send payment reminder, where user can pay within 5 days, if payment is not received till then, account is downgraded.

In the case of OpenDrive Customers who use PayPal for their billing, the reminders will be coming from PayPal.
