How do I cancel my Account?

To prevent unauthorized account activity and cancellation, you must send the cancellation request through the Support Center while you are logged into your account.

We ask that you use this method so we can be sure that it is you who is making the request. This also enables us immediate access to your account for faster processing.

If your response is requested, we cannot process your request until it is received. If you do not respond prior to your renewal date, a refund will not be issued.

Please Note: When responding to a ticket through the support center, marking the ticket as resolved will close the ticket and we will not receive your response.
