Hi,
despite the opendrive message that data are restored, I still cannot access my data. I am concerned as all forum posts on this topic are closed for comments. I have put in several tickets in the last 72 hours for the problem to be addressed "uniquely" and have not heard back. No updates on the status since Saturday either.
Opendrive, please continue to update your users through this website, as addressing every user individually seems to be too time consuming at the moment. Not responding to request tickets for several days is not acceptable without keeping up general information. Also, please keep the forums on this topic open so that exchange of information is possible.

No messages have been sent out or posted about all data being restored. However, we are working with users on an individual basis to try to recover their files. (We posted some information about that a few days ago). Drop us a message at support@opendrive.com and we'll be happy to try to resolve this for you.

I have put in several request tickets by now. I would be thrilled if you did contact me directly to find a solution. It is a bit frustrating that comments in a forum are faster acknowledged
than request tickets.You are right, you did not post that data would be accessible, just that the system status was o.k.. I somehow figured that if everything is working correctly I would be able to access my data. Anyhow, I am looking forward to contact and support from your side in the very near future.

I am having the same problem as Alexandra. I am wondering why it takes so long to address your users directly. I took a long time and put in a good deal of effort in uploading my files. now I am distressed to see that I cannot access them. Please try to get back to this thread asap, thank you.
