The streaming at my website hasn't worked for weeks. Very disappointed. I was going to upgrade to a premium account but this long of an issue is unacceptable. Too bad.

I just noticed that my recent uploads , my attempts to renovate and continue linking have been futile. "Playlist" doesn't seem to want to accept "Opendrive" links. My bandwidth is not compromised and the music is original and not in any copyright question. I hope this can be resolved without more hopscotching around on my part.The streaming links play when I log in but can't be counted on as streaming links right now.

Notice my original complaint was filed December 30, 2011? Well, it's February 12, 2012, and not one file has been restored. I've lost all patience with Open Drive's support and I'm preparing to file a complaint with the United States Justice Department. I won't allow Open Drive to treat me this way, especially when I'm a paying customer. If necessary, I'll organize a class-action lawsuit against Open Drive. My patience with Open Drive is gone!

I have escalated this to a ticket to get this resolved for you. We are experiencing an issue with one file server that should be resolved shortly.
