App taking Focus when running

it would be nice if the OpenDrive backup window did not take
the focus when it is running. I can by typing in a Word doc or similar
and the OpenDrive window grabs the focus and my keystrokes are lost.

You can right click on the taskbar icon and deselect the "Show Task Manager" option. You can find this on Page 3 of the OpenDrive Guide

With the latest update this option as moved into the settings and is no longer functional. Version 1.4.2.0 this is a problem on XP, Vista, and Windows 7.

This is the most annoying thing ever.  The Hide task bar doesn't work!

Can't get any work done, even when working in terminal windows, it steels focus!
