To prevent unauthorized account activity and cancellation, you must send the cancellation request through the Support Center while you are logged into your account. You can also request cancellation by logging in to OpenDrive and navigating to the Settings tab. From there, you can select the Plan link on the left and select Close Account on the next page.

We ask that you use one of these methods so we can be sure that it is you who is making the request. This also enables us immediate access to your account for faster processing.

If your response is requested, we cannot process your request until it is received. If you do not respond prior to your renewal date, a refund will not be issued.
